When Jeneil Deuel arrived to watch the Miss Santaquin Pageant last Saturday, she had no idea she would be stepping onto the stage and into the spotlight that night. For her tireless efforts directed at the community's well-being, Ms. Deuel was presented the Outstanding Woman Award by outgoing Miss Santaquin 2015 Savanna Gillies. "I was shocked," Ms. Deuel (pictured above) told The Payson Chronicle yesterday, while she assisted residents and friends arriving for lunch at the Santaquin Senior Citizens Center- just one of her local gigs.
