There’s a lot going on at the Peteetneet Museum and Cultural Arts Center. The Payson Chronicle met with Janean Dean, Payson Community and Cultural Events Coordinator, this afternoon and got the scoop on events folks have to look forward to throughout the holiday season. On Monday, November 2, strands of twinkling Christmas lights will begin to go up, a precursor to all that is to come. The official lighting among them; this will take place on November 27, with hot cocoa and doughnuts for all who join in the celebration. Students from Barnett Elementary School will be there, too, singing carols to warm hearts and help spread joy. More to come in the print edition of The Payson Chronicle.
