PAYSON, Utah; December 2, 2019 — Nearly 100 children from Taylor Elementary rang in the holidays
at Zions Bank, joining teachers, parents, and bank employees in the branch’s lobby for the annual

On Wed, Dec. 4., second grade students from Taylor Elementary hung their handmade ornaments on
the Christmas tree inside Zions Bank’s Payson branch at 80 E. 100 North. The children also sang
carols and received a cash donation for their school.  The decorated tree will be on display in the
bank’s lobby through the holidays.

“This holiday tradition allows us to share the spirit of the season with the children and support our
schools,” said Malissa Craig, manager of Zions Bank’s Payson branch. “We hope everyone in the
community will enjoy the children’s ornaments as much as we do.”

Throughout Utah, elementary school students are participating in the annual “Lights On” tree-trimming
tradition by making colorful decorations for Christmas trees in Zions Bank branch lobbies. Zions Bank
has been inviting students to participate in this annual holiday event for 49 years.
