Constructing the Dream: The Huish Performance Arts and Cultural Education Center: Many Hands

Craig Zeeman and Steve Decker have made significant contributions to the Huish PACE project.  The two men are pictured here performing needed construction work inside the former Payson movie theater.

Many hands make light work.  Indeed many hands have and continue to lighten the work as the Huish renovation has progressed over the past years.

Contributing significantly to the physical construction efforts inside the former movie theater are Steve Decker and Craig Zeeman. “Their innovative construction techniques have turned ideas and concepts into functioning reality,” said Richard Lindsey, President of the Huish Performing Arts and Cultural Education Center (PACE) project.

Mr. Decker was working for Kay General Contractors when he started his construction efforts there.  “He's the one who turned my ideas and sketches into a set of architectural drawings,” said Mr. Lindsey. “Then he, along with Craig, put countless hours into constructing the stage and implementing their own ideas to bring it to where it is today. I simply cannot overlook their expertise and skills that helped make this project a reality.”
