Milt Friedli Hangs Up Hat

Rare is the occasion when you will find Milt Friedli without his cowboy hat. A symbol of substance and determination, he has worn a cowboy hat since he was a kid. Affectionately called “Little Cowboy” by his father, the name stuck, as did the persona.

This week Milt will hang up his hat. Metaphorically, that is, as he rides off into a well-earned retirement following seventeen years overseeing the maintenance work at the Peteetneet Museum and Cultural Arts Center for Payson City. Mr Friedli will be honored with a retirement celebration on Thursday, November 1, from 6-8 PM at the Peteetneet Museum, 10 North 600 East, Payson, Utah. 📰
