Payson Chamber of Commerce’s newest member, Perla Ferron opened her hair salon and barber shop, Studio 17, amid much fanfare last week.  A ribbon-cutting ceremony commenced on the sidewalk outside the new salon, at 96 West Utah Avenue.
Cake and refreshments were shared inside, as the Chamber of Commerce community got to know the owner and stylists, who promise to bring novelty to the local salon scene.
“We want to make your salon experience as unique and memorable as you are,” said Perla.  “Our mission is to consistently bring you the freshest styles and ideas, by keeping up with the current trends and constantly educating ourselves about the best practices.”
The atmosphere at Salon 17 is also part of the appeal.
“All of our stylists support one another in their personal strengths and goals within the beauty industry and community,” Perla added. “We promise to pay close attention to the details of your service, maintain a high standard in the cleanliness of our salon, and exceed your expectations, and keep you coming back for more!”
