North Main Street: Improve, Relocate, or Both?

Pictured, left-right, Loretta Markham, Consultant Team Project Manager for Payson Interchange Environmental Impact Statement, with Nelda and Dean Wignall.  Nelda is pointing to the home on North Main, Payson, where her husband, Dean, was born and raised, and where he has lived for 88 years.  Nelda and Dean have been married 62 years and currently live in the home.

The parking lot at the Payson City Center was full all evening on Thursday, December 3, 2015, as citizens responded to the opportunity to find out how the Utah Department of Transportation will help Payson deal with future growth.  Read more about last week's open house discussions in the December 9 edition of The Payson Chronicle.
