Mayor-Elect Wright Wishes Wilson School Staff and Students a Merry Christmas Before Long Holiday Break

Bill Wright (pictured) was spotted at Wilson Elementary yesterday afternoon.   The recently retired Payson Police Lieutenant worked with the school as instructor and director of N.O.V.A., a program that operates under the principles of “Nurturing youth to seek out positive Opportunities, internalize good Values, and to accept Accountability for their choices in life.”

Mr Wright will soon serve as Payson City Mayor. He was elected in November and is expected to be sworn into office in January, 2018.

The mayor-elect returned to Wilson Elementary last week to wish students and staff a merry Christmas before the long holiday break.
