UDOT Extends Payson Main Street Interchange Timeline

Pictured: Payson Main Street resident Coralee Wilson with UDOT Project Manager Justin Schellenberg on August 18, 2016, after UDOT had placed orange stakes indicating that Coralee's historic Payson home would not be left intact if Main Street is widened as one of the options proposes.  Whether that option is chosen will not be known until late summer.
Two Relocate alternatives are being reevaluated; a draft of the Payson Main Street Environmental Impact study is scheduled for release in late Summer 2017.  Turn to this week's print edition of The Payson Chronicle for the complete story.
