The weather could not have been gentler
to the crowd of hundreds who convened near the Veterans Memorial at
Payson Cemetery to share in the May 28 Memorial Day program. Beneath
the theme “One Nation Under God,” Payson's American Legion hosted
the event, wherein proper respect was paid to soldiers living and
past.
