J Jeans and Things Sixth Annual Fall & Winter Fashion Show Unfolds This Weekend

The autumn chill and recent flurries call for new additions to local wardrobes.  Showcasing some of the season’s freshest styles will be J Jeans and Things of Payson, as the clothing boutique’s owner, Jamie Rolfe invites everyone to attend the Fall & Winter Fashion Show.  The event takes place this Saturday, November 9, at 1 PM, at Olson’s Garden Shoppe in Payson.

Entering its sixth year, the Fall & Winter Fashion Show provides guests the splendid opportunity to view new fashion without traveling outside Payson.  Forty models from Utah Valley will stroll the catwalk that day.  Rolfe’s daughter, Lilly, age five, will be among the youngest. She has been modeling for J Jeans and Things fashion shows, which occur twice a year, all her life.

J Jeans’ clothing is available for purchase at its Payson location, a boutique beautifully incorporated into the Olson’s Garden Shoppe building, as well as online and at events Rolfe participates in throughout the year.

Be it on the catwalk or on the rack, expect to find popular prints, perfect for mixing: stripes, polka dots, along with the Aztec and Chevron designs. LA Idol Jeans,maxi skirts--including maxi skirts for young girls--are among the styles you’ll find.  Printed leggings, stylish jackets, and sweaters are available for purchase, too, all at great prices. New this year are styles in sizes up to triple-extra-large, as Rolfe hopes to accommodate most all her customers’ needs.

Expect to find the season’s most appealing floral designs, too.  Olson’s Garden Shoppe’s co-owner and Rolfe’s mom, Chris Olson notes that poinsettias and floral arrangements for upcoming holidays will be a part of the runway decor. Planning ahead for festive celebrations, visitors can place orders now to ensure they will have their decorating needs well taken care of ahead of time..

With each purchase made at J Jeans this Saturday comes a special gift. J Jeans’ Fall & Winter Fashion Show may take place on Saturday, but the sales will occur all throughout the week.
