Lou Ballamis Named Central Bank's "Good Citizen"

Lou Ballamis (photographed outside his Payson Main Street business, Lou's Barber Shop) has been named Central Bank's "Good Citizen."  Mr. Ballamis will be presented the honor this week at a public celebration held at the Payson Central Bank location.  See story in the April 13, 2016 edition of The Payson Chronicle.
