Santaquin Artist Jim Norton Honored to Receive Governor's Mansion Artist Award

Pictured: Jim Norton at his studio in Santaquin on July 21, 2016.  Note that the distant background is based on Dry Mountain, east of Santaquin.  The painting is headed for Legacy Galleries, owned by Brad and Ginger Richardson, in Jackson, Wyoming.  The Santaquin artist is receiving the Governor's Mansion Artist Award.
