Foothills Elementary Registration August 1
Foothills Elementary Registration is scheduled for Wednesday, August
1, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are unable to attend
registration please contact the school BEFORE August 1st by calling
801-423-9172.
Registration for the Payson, Santaquin, Goshen area Elementary
Schools will be Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please make sure to go to your elementary school for registration on
that day. Save time at registration by filling out your
student/family information card online
at www.nebo.edu/parents/sis before you come! The
on-line registration guidelines will be sent to you from Nebo
School District. Updating online will make your time spent at
the school on registration day much shorter. The district
requires that new and returning children register. For
children enrolling for the first time in Nebo School District, you
will need to take a birth certificate and immunization record to
registration. If you have any questions pertaining to
registration, please contact the elementary school your children
will be attending.
Mt. Nebo Junior High School
Registration August 8
Mt. Nebo Junior High School
registration is scheduled for August 8, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Please complete the registration form and for 7th graders, the
immunization form. Fees will need to be paid in check, money order,
or correct change as we are not able to accept credit or debit cards.
Those who have done mail-in registration have already completed what
is necessary for this day, but are welcome to visit the school to
find lockers and classroom assignments. Schedules will be given once
the registration process is completed. If your student is a 7th
grader and has not had his/her shots, the Nebo School Nurses and the
Immunization Clinic will offer the 7th grade T-dap at a cost of
$14.00 at the time of registration. Kindergarten and other
recommended vaccines will also be available. Any questions or
