RALPH GAYLEN KELSEY
Ralph Gaylen Kelsey, age 59, has gone hunting on October 17, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West in Payson. A viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Mortuary and on Tuesday from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
