Dora Edvalson began her career with Payson City as the Open Ditch Irrigation Clerk and Irrigation Billing Manager in February of 1985. In 1990 she became the City's Human Resource Director. Now, after thirty years of employment, Ms. Edvalson has plans to retire. A January 14 open house will be held in her honor at the Payson City Center from 3-5 PM.
