Part 10 of a Series of Articles Commemorating High Line's 100th Birthday (1916-2016)

A.F. Engberg's brochure compiled a few years before the completion of the Strawberry Valley project and the High Line Canal begins with a "Forward" extolling the obvious benefits supplemental water would bring to southern Utah County, moves on to "A Bit of History," explaining how the early efforts of the Strawberry Water Users Association led to the project becoming a guaranteed success under the auspices of the United States Government's newly formed Reclamation Service.  From there he describes the project itself.  Read about it in this week's edition of The Payson Chronicle.
