Mourning the Passing of Friends: Forthcoming Funeral Services

“What we have once enjoyed we can never lose.  All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.” ~ Helen Keller

Forthcoming funeral services are planned for the following friends from our community. Complete versions of these obituaries may also be found in The Payson Chronicle.

CHET ZEEMAN
Chet Jay Clark Zeeman passed away peacefully February 14, 2018, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was raised in Payson, Utah. His career later took him to Nevada where he was employed many years with Whittlesea Taxi Co. There he performed responsibilities as a dispatcher and was also successful in efficiently running the fuel islands.

Chet had the heart of a giant and was dearly loved by his family members, most particularly his nieces and nephews. He always displayed a tenderness for animals and found great solace in the companionship of his cherished pets.

He was born November 6, 1955, in Nephi Utah. He is survived by his parents, Patricia Ann and Sherman Zeeman, of Payson, sister, Holly Jensen, of Payson, sister, Shawnie Worthen (Rick), of Payson, and brother, Ren Zeeman (Kris), of Payson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Vilda Phillips, of Nephi, and John and Martha Zeeman, of Payson.

Chet has left a print on each of our lives and will truly be missed. Close friends and family members may join us in a memorial service to be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, commencing at 11:00 a.m. at the Mountain View 8th Ward meeting house, located at 789 Arrowhead Trail, Payson, Utah.
